Core Package
This package is designed to provide the full SSP experience in a supported and attuned way. It includes:

Initial consultation (50 minutes) to assess fit and establish pacing

Access to 5-hour core SSP listening protocol via the Unyte platform for 6 months

Ongoing text or email check-ins as needed during the listening period

Additional support sessions can be added at my private practice rate of $210
Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)
Core Package
Rest & Restore is also available as a stand-alone offering to support rest, parasympathetic engagement, and long-term nervous system integration.
Includes:

Initial consultation (50 minutes) to assess fit and establish pacing

Access to Rest & Restore listening series via the Unyte platform for 6 months

Additional support sessions can be added at my private practice rate of $210

Check-ins as needed during the listening process
Bundle Option:
SSP + RRP
For clients who complete SSP and wish to continue with RRP, a discounted bundle is available.
Cost: $299 for RRP
