My work with Adults
People often come to me when they’ve tried to manage on their own and feel ready for support that reaches beyond coping strategies alone. Together, we create a grounded space for real healing and lasting change.
You won’t be told what you “should” do. Instead, we slow down, listen closely, and make sense of your experiences together. You’ll learn to respond to yourself with more compassion, set clearer boundaries, and trust your inner wisdom.
Many of the adults I work with are carrying longstanding patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, grief, overwhelm, relational struggles, or a persistent sense of disconnection—from themselves, from others, or from the life they want to be living. Therapy can become a place to better understand these patterns, loosen what no longer serves you, and begin relating to yourself with greater clarity, flexibility, and care.
My hope is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you feel more alive, more connected, and more able to move through life with authenticity and resilience.
